Below is our fair and transparent Return and Refund Policy designed to give you absolute peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility Criteria

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all price tags, labels, user manuals, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide the proof of purchase or invoice received with the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care & Hygiene Items: (e.g., cosmetics, grooming kits, skincare products).
  • Innerwear & Sleepwear: Due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items made specifically to your specifications.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during final clearance or marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

We obsess over quality checking, but if a mistake happens, we will fix it immediately at zero cost to you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product:

  1. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at SHAUREL.COM@GMAIL.COM.
  3. Provide your Order ID along with a clear photo or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
  4. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (where the product is not defective), a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount, or the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

5. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please mention this when contacting our support team at SHAUREL.COM@GMAIL.COM, and we will guide you through the swap process.

6. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return package reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team within 2–3 business days.

  • Approval Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
  • Refund Credit: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid via COD, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID securely via email to transfer the refund amount directly to your account.
