Below you will find the details of our Shipping Policy to help you understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Window: All orders are packed and ready to leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
- Operating Days: Our processing team operates from Monday to Saturday. Please note that orders placed late on Saturday, on Sundays, or during national public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
We partner with India’s leading logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket) to ensure reliable handling of your packages.
- Standard Shipping: Free across India on all orders.
- Express Shipping (If applicable): Flat ₹150 for prioritized processing and transit.
The exact shipping fees applicable to your order will always be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page before you make your payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, the estimated transit timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities, State Capitals): 4–7 business days.
- Remote Locations (North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Island territories): 7–10 business days.
4. Tracking Information
We believe in absolute transparency.
- As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.
- This notification will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier partner's portal so you can check your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 12–24 hours for the tracking status to update on the portal.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we work with top-tier courier networks, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to extreme weather conditions, local holidays, or flight disruptions.
- Delayed Packages: If your delivery takes significantly longer than the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at SHAUREL.COM@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID, and we will immediately coordinate with the logistics team to expedite it.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an missing, incomplete, or incorrect address provided during checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason, any reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please take a photograph/video before opening it and contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
6. International Shipping
Currently, SHAUREL only ships to addresses within the Republic of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
