6. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility Window: We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for eligible items. The window begins from the date the product is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
  • Process and Timelines: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
